HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Virtual Consultation
We can “meet” via Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or Facebook Messenger to discuss what your home sale goals are and develop a plan to get you where you want to be.
2. Digital Marketing Review
Digital marketing has been a mainstay of how we get your home sold for years. We will review the marketing plan together on-line so you can see what excited buyers will see.
3. Virtual Tours
Before your listing goes “live” our professional photographers create a full 3D virtual tour of your home, a video walk through + still photos. This is provided to our clients at no charge. Where appropriate, we can also virtually stage your home at no additional cost to you. You can view some of my virtual tours here:
4. Electronic Signatures
All documents will be signed electronically from the safety of your own home using DocuSign, the leader in simple and secure electronic signature technology.
Buyers will be allowed to view your home in person only after 1) viewing the on-line video and 3D tour of your home, 2) providing proof of funds and financing needed to purchase your home and 3) expressing in writing their interest in the home. During showings we will provide masks and other protective equipment and minimize the number of people in the home during showings. There will be no traditional open houses.
6. Closing Time
Our escrow provider, Escrow Closing Services, will provide the same level of excellent service that they always have with in-person meetings conducted while observing recommended safety protocols and most paperwork being completed via email and DocuSign.
7. Sales Proceeds
Your closing proceeds will be securely wired directly to your account and you’re ready for the next adventure, all without leaving the safety of your home.
Virtual home selling may not be for everyone so you will have the option of doing any of the above in-person with us. But, for every step of the process, we can provide a virtual option if that feels safer to you. Your safety and comfort is our primary concern.
